Research On The Governmental Supervision Of The Railway Project Quality

After several years of improvement and change, our country has established the railway project quality supervision system that made up of governmental supervision and quality supervision institutions, social supervision and enterprise self-checking supervision. In the thesis, governmental and quality supervision institutions are the main direction. Owning to the fact that the large scale of project investment,The main goal of the thesis is to improve governmental supervision of the railway project quality system, so the current situation of the governmental supervision of the railway project quality system was discussed. It includes the governmental supervision of the railway project quality mechanism and the existed problems and causes of the supervision system.In addition, the advanced experiences of governmental project supervision system from both the foreign governmental supervision of the railway project quality systems and other related industries such as highway, water conservancy and electric power in China were summarized. The foreign governmental supervision of the railway project quality systems include policy standards, regulation of ideological level, management mode and marking support. Domestic summarizes the success of quality supervision system of the other related industries such as highway, water conservancy and electric power applied to the policy standards, the scope of regulation, institution settings and system implementation. Then the paper lists the enlightenment of railway engineering quality supervision of foreign railway industry and other related industries in China.Finally, some suggestions about the railway industry in our country’s engineering quality supervision were put forward, include the supervision system, mind and method to provide reference for the future development of governmental supervision of the railway project quality system.
