Research On The Practice Of Precise Design Of Medium And Small Sized Dwelling In The Severe Cold Region Of Northeast China

In recent years,with the development of national economy and the improvement of national living standards,the area and quality of commercial housing are also constantly improving,but the national policy still regards small and medium-sized apartments as the most important part of future construction and development.At the same time,compared with other developed countries,the quality of small and medium-sized apartments in China still has a lot of shortcomings.The design of residential apartments is not precise enough,which is a problem for the majority of architectural designers.This paper takes the design of small and medium-sized apartment in the cold area of Northeast China as the research object,and analyzes how to design and study the small and medium-sized apartment in the cold area of Northeast China from various angles.The purpose of this paper is to realize the combination and optimization of the interior space and the overall space of furniture through the practical research of the precise design of the small and medium-sized apartment in the cold area of Northeast China.In order to solve the problem of precise design of small and medium-sized commercial housing in the cold area of Northeast China in three aspects: the humanized design of small and medium-sized apartment,the practical design of small and medium-sized apartment and the sustainable development of small and medium-sized apartment.This paper first analyzes the functional space composition of the small and medium-sized apartment,and then analyzes the behavior pattern characteristics of the population in Northeast China.Then it puts forward the common problems existing in the design of residential suite and the problems encountered in the actual work when the various specialties work together.Through the analysis of the composition of the inner space,the behavior pattern of the people in the northeast and the problems existing in the current housing design,this paper discusses in detail how to carry out the fine design in the three aspects of the inner space combination,the adaptive design of the inner space and the design of each space in the inner space.On this basis,two small and medium-sized Suites in the northeast cold area are selected as examples to analyze the shortcomings of the scheme and fine design and adjustment of the scheme.At the end of the paper,the refined design method of small and medium-sized apartment in the cold area of Northeast China is summarized.
