Research On The Co-working Space In CBD Area

Under the wave of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the development of sharing economy become a hot spot for global economic growth.In the past two years,sharing office has developed rapidly in China,and the co-working space evolved in response to new office mode.Entrepreneurs need an environment that integrates upstream and downstream entrepreneurial resources;an atmosphere that can continuously stimulate creativity;and a space that is more suitable for entrepreneurship.However,increasing too rapidly,lacking of developing standards,poor quality of innovation and co-working space,these problems restrict the development of the co-working space.Based on Maslow's Demand Theory and Environmental Psychology,the thesis begins with the transformation of social background,the new office mode and the changing of working concept.Author summarized reasons for the emergence of a co-working space;combed the development progress of office buildings;analyzed co-workers' communication patterns;teased out office functions and psychological needs;classified sharing office space.After analyzing superior co-working space,I conclude a space demanding model that enlarge the innovation and social space,at the same time reduce the personal areas.Conclude design strategies from three sides:community's innovation space,social space,and basic office units.Focus on the creation of active creativity and the atmosphere of interpersonal communication,creating a high quality co-working environment where people-space-environment coexists in harmony.
