With the rapid development of information technology in China,the combination of information technology and traditional industry will accelerate the development of traditional industry.To the construction industry,we should make full use of the BIM technology advantage,give play to the BIM technology value,and solve the difficult problems in the construction industry.For water supply and drainage systems,the use of BIM technology can solve the problem of collision between water supply and drainage pipes.Conventional two-dimensional expressions are more suitable for simple water supply and drainage systems.For complex water supply and drainage systems,they are suitable for efficient expression using BIM techniques.The building information model can not only accurately express the plane position of the water supply and drainage system,but also express the complex spatial position,and solve the problem that the designer's communication is not timely or lack of communication through collaborative design to a great extent.Based on the water supply and drainage system of a residential district,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in this field and evaluates the comprehensive benefit of the project.Through a comprehensive understanding of the research background,domestic and foreign research status,development process,combined with the characteristics of water supply and drainage engineering,the research content,research methods,use value,main software,existing advantages and BIM technology in the construction of water supply and drainage engineering cases are deeply studied.Based on the water supply and drainage system of a residential district,combined with the characteristics of the project,this paper describes in detail the collaborative design approach,establishment process and collision checking of the BIM model,and evaluates the comprehensive benefit of the residential district project.On the basis of the high quality BIM model,the collision checking work is carried out separately by Revit,Fuzor,Navisworks,and the collision checking software suitable for this project is adopted by comparison.During the application process BIM technology can quickly find the collision points in the water supply and drainage system,which is more efficient than the two-dimensional,but there are shortcomings in the model effect and interaction.Using Fuzor as Virtual reality platform,VR technology is used to check the collision between pipes by roaming and wearing VR equipment.By using BIM technology to solve the problem of collision in water supply and drainage system,the problems of error,leakage,touch and lack in design are found,and the delay of construction period and cost overrun are avoided.For the project participants to clearly BIM the effect of the application of technology in this project,the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the project is carried out.Firstly,select the rate of return on investment as the information technology benefit evaluation index,statistical analysis of 35 relevant literature at home and abroad,collate the indicators mentioned in the literature,and establishthe two benefit evaluation index system of input and output;Secondly,the weight of each index is determined by AHP,and finally the benefit value of this project is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the result of benefit evaluation is obtained.By using BIM technology to analyze the residential water supply and drainage system,the participants of the project can directly feel the layout and direction of the pipeline before construction,and use the function of collision checking to find out and solve the problem in advance,which plays a reference role in the application of BIM technology in building water supply and drainage.Meanwhile,through the benefit evaluation of this project,it is concluded that the application BIM technology in this project has achieved benefits,which provides a reference for the future application of BIM technology decision,and promotes the application and development of BIM technology.
