With the rapid development of information technology,BIM technology has made great progress in the field of Construction Engineering(Architecture,Engineering &Construction,AEC)due to its advantages of visualization,simulability and high information integration.However,the technology of Building Information Model(BIM)started late in China.Generally speaking,the development of BIM is still in the preliminary stage,and there are still many problems to be explored.In recent years,there are more and more system types and pipeline types of building water supply and drainage engineering,and the changing factors are more and more uncontrollable.The performance of traditional two-dimensional graphic design method in the design of building water supply and drainage engineering is not satisfactory,especially in the face of pipeline crossing,equipment installation and other problems.BIM technology,because of its three-dimensional visualization,high information and information sharing characteristics,is especially suitable for solving the problems encountered in the actual construction of water supply and drainage engineering.However,due to the complexity of AEC projects and the differences in drawing standards of various design units,functions of BIM software such as Revit cannot meet the needs of all designers.Therefore,designers are required to develop functions based on the needs of actual engineering projects combined with related software secondary development technologies.Based on BIM technology and aiming at the practical problems in the design of building water supply and drainage engineering,this paper proposes optimization strategies such as pipeline collision and sprinkler head selection,and establishes the conversion method from BIM model to GIS model.Based on the Revit software platform,it independently develops plug-ins for automatic connection of fire sprinkler head and automatic optimization of pipeline.Realize the automatic connection of fire sprinkler and accurate automatic optimization of pipeline.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)The current situation of BIM technology application and BIM secondary development research and development at home and abroad were analyzed,and elaborate Revit software and its secondary development functions in depth.(2)Aiming at the problem of insufficient water supply and drainage related family library due to the built-in family library of Revit software,this paper studies the functions and appearance characteristics of water supply and drainage related components,the method of building water supply and drainage related family library independently was established,and constructs the building information model of all majors based on actual engineering projects.Pipeline collision,fire simulation,material and equipment statistics and equipment installation simulation were analyzed.(3)The method of model optimization and improvement of modeling work efficiency was put forward,the secondary development technology of Revit was analyzed with emphasis,the layout rules of fire sprinkler and short riser were studied,the program algorithm of automatic pipeline avoidance was explored based on the principle of pipeline avoidance,and the automatic statistics of Revit software and equivalent calculation method of residential building water supply were analyzed.Pipeline automatic optimization and other plugins are developed.The characteristics of BIM data format and GIS data format were explored,and seeks the method of model conversion of the two data formats.(4)The plug-in and the applicability of the model transformation and stability were tested by the li gate house district 1 # floor model,and the results show that the method proposed in this paper the development of plug-in can realize automatic fire sprinkler connection,pipe precise automatic automatic statistics,optimization,water supply equivalent model transformation method is scientific and feasible,in this paper,the development of plug-ins enormously enhance the efficiency of the design personnel.It makes up for the shortage of related commercial plug-ins,enriches the way of model optimization,and has certain engineering practicability.
