In the fierce construction market competition environment,construction enterprises learn from each other in management mode,labor and material market prices are open and transparent,talents flow frequently among enterprises,and are impacted by foreign construction enterprises.Various adverse factors affect every construction enterprise.In the face of the uniqueness and regionality of each construction project,construction enterprises themselves are characterized by complex management,easy to be affected by a variety of factors,large short-term cost expenditure and other characteristics.Once the enterprise costs increase due to poor management,the development of enterprises will be affected.It is extremely urgent to seek the way for the benign and sustainable development and operation of construction enterprises.As an important part of enterprise operation and management,cost control and management of construction enterprises are directly linked to enterprise profits and directly determine the quality of enterprise life.Therefore,through the analysis of the construction enterprise project cost control problems and research,the establishment of a modern construction cost management system,to improve the construction enterprise cost management comprehensive ability has practical significance.Based on the above research background,this paper mainly explores the establishment of a modern cost control system for construction enterprises,takes the actual residential project under construction as a case to elaborate,investigates the actual project cost control problems from the bidding stage and the actual stage of entering and performing the contract,and demonstrates the effect of cost control through the comparative analysis of before and after data.First of all,based on the bid-winning process of the bidding stage of the case project,the basic situation of the project and the analysis of pre-bid quotation decision are expounded.According to undertake the project background,after the project approach converts standard cost before planned cost,found that project completion is expected to yield is too low,the indirect evidence the deficiency in the project cost control,through the "5 according to analysis and expert opinion analysis project in several days after the project cost control in the early research problems,analyze the deep reason of cost control problems.In view of the case project cost problems,this paper set up five cost control system and method,aiming at the construction site cost control,analyzing the details of the design strength to guide the cost control,make full use of the technology exploration cost resources,and a method for determining price by using value engineering choice cost bidding procurement resources,strengthen the consciousness of project cost management.Finally,this paper analyzes the application results of the established cost control system,points out the improvement of dynamic monitoring cost index through cost correction,and proves the effectiveness of the cost control system.Through the improvement of the FLSYF project cost control system in Shenyang,this paper not only makes a revision plan for the case project cost,but also makes a comparative analysis,which not only ensures its operating results,but also improves the cost control level of its own construction enterprises.
