Research On Cost Control Of Construction Project Of M Company

In recent years,with the pace of urbanization,the number of construction enterprises shows a sharp increase.The competition in construction industry becomes more and more intense.How to effectively control the cost of construction project,how to achieve greater output with lower input,how to improve business efficiency and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises have become the hot topics of current researches.Cost control is by no means simple to save money nor reduce quality and staffs.However,it is an effective measure to establish and maintain long-term sustainable competitiveness.The improvement of the cost control level can promote the whole enterprise's cost management level and the internal management level.Cost control is not a one-time activity,but a continuous cost control in the process of production.Only through effective management tools to continuously improve the level of cost control,enterprises can ensure the competitiveness in the market.This thesis first analyzes the significance of construction cost control in project management,defines the definition of construction cost control,further explains the control principle,and analyzes the control method in detail.Based on A project and the drawbacks of the current construction cost control process of M company's construction project,the author analyzes the reason and puts forward the reasonable improvement measures.Based on some theoretical knowledge about cost control,this thesis analyzes the current status of M company's construction projects,finding outthe main problems of project cost control and putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the optimization of cost control.It concludes that scientific and effective cost control should to be carried out at each stage of each cycle of the implementation of projects.Using the current construction project as the case,it ensures that the research of the thesis is practicable.The results of the research can provide some guide to the cost control of the construction projects in the future.
