Research On Children's Hospital Therapeutic Landscape Design Based On Evidence-Based Design

As the primary place for children's physical and mental rehabilitation,Children's Hospital plays an important role in the growth of children.With the rapid development of urbanization,environmental issues are becoming more prominent,and the social background of children's morbidity is rising.The importance of the construction of children's hospital environment is highlighted.Rehabilitation landscape has the effect of promoting physical and mental rehabilitation,and evidence-based design as a methodology can provide theoretical guidance for it.Aiming at this subject,this article takes children's hospital rehabilitation landscape design as the main research object.In the early stage of the study,the literature analysis method was used to sort out the relevant literature in the field of evidence-based design theory and rehabilitation landscape.Based on the previous research content,the research on evidence-based design theory is carried out.A comparative analysis method is used to compare evidence-based design with traditional design methods to understand the differences.A case analysis method is adopted to analyze the feasibility of guiding the children's hospital landscape design.Next,the definition of children's hospital,the characteristics of users in the hospital,the concept of rehabilitation landscape,related basic theories,mechanism of action and specific therapies are discussed.Then it discusses the landscape planning and natural elements of the children's hospital,and analyzes the design points of the research object.After analysis,the following results are obtained:(1)The concept of circulation model is proposed from a macro perspective,and the adaptability of the model used in the rehabilitation landscape design of children's hospital is analyzed.(2)Explain the practice process of different links of the circulation model from a meso perspective,and analyze the ideas and practice methods of the module library establishment.(3)Using the circulation model as the basic framework,the discussion is carried out from a micro perspective,using questionnaires and case analysis to sort out the relevant evidence,and follow the evidence to propose a design optimization strategy.(4)Carry out empirical links based on theoretical research,conduct field investigation and design practice,and propose design solutions.The research found that the current landscape environment of children's hospitals includes problems such as lack of greening,lack of outdoor activity space,and lack of rehabilitation landscape function.The improvement of the children's hospital's landscape quality requires not only the promotion of researchers but also enough attention from relevant practitioners.If the hospital landscape is made into a rehabilitation landscape environment,it can bring a certain physical and mental rehabilitation effect for children's hospital users.Evidence-based design as an "exotic product",although there are certain limitations due to different environments,but can learn from its core ideas,try to improve and optimize it,used to explore a better children's hospital rehabilitation landscape design model.
