The Design Of Habitability Reform Of Guangrao Dwelling

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,the demand for rural residences has been increasing.How to meet the needs of the housing conditions of the farmers in the new era and to transform the residential buildings adapted to the times in combination with the regional environment is an urgent subject that needs to be studied today.Therefore,the livability transformation design of Guangrao folk houses has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the objective of livable residence transformation design in Guangrao,the background,purpose and significance of the topic are discussed by means of literature research,case analysis,field investigation and systematic induction,and the relevant research status at home and abroad is explored,and the contents and methods of the research are clarified.Based on theoretical research and preliminary analysis,the design principles were defined,including the concept and connotation of livable housing and the design requirements of livable buildings.Combined with the design principles and project status and design analysis,the livable transformation plan was established and construction was carried out.Based on the status quo of the residential areas in Guangrao,the general situation and design of the transformation project are analyzed,including geographical location,regional culture,and the investigation and analysis of the present situation.By summarizing and analyzing the omnibearing problems of the project folk houses,aiming at making the reform scheme,starting from the function layout of the courtyard,redesigning and constructing part of the single building,the inner space of the main building is reformed and renovated,and the design and improvement of the drainage and paving of the hospital are improved according to the needs of production and life.Finally,the smart home system is introduced in the transformation design,which provides humanized customization service.This paper summarizes the concept of livable is dynamic,emphasizing the harmony between human and environment in development and change.It provides a case reference for the reform of Guangrao folk house from the perspective of theory and practice,and combinesthe concept of livability to find the applicable law in the reform of the residence,and provides a new way of thinking for the development of contemporary regional architecture.
