When "Post comparatively good living standard Era "is approaching, and economy and science are developing rapidly in China, Residence, as an important place of human's life, is facing an extreme challenge, Therefore, it's necessary to study on and draw some conclusion from Residence DesignThis article starts from comparison of Residence development between outland and inland, searching on the difference between Residence Design and Construction in China and other countries, and offers some refference on the direction of the design and construction of housing in China accordingly. With the improvement of material civilization and spiritual civilization in China, it's the key to enable Housing design to meet the high request of people's living to innovate the model of housing and inner space of housing.
