Practical Research On Design And Reform Of Livable And Beautiful Community In Contemporary Times

The construction of livable and beautiful community is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization in a beautiful city.It is also an inevitable situation and requirement for the implementation of the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful city proposed by the Party Central Committee since the 18 th National Congress.It is of great significance to further strengthen the construction of livable and beautiful community in Ti Da Yi Qing garden for promoting economic and social harmony and stability,and for innovating and building social environment governance at the grass-roots level.In recent years,the Chinese people’s government has accelerated and promoted the construction of livable and beautiful communities in all provinces in China.The community environmental governance work has achieved remarkable results,but some problems are gradually exposed.At present,the demand for the quality of living conditions of urban community residents in most areas of China is gradually increasing.It is hoped that our living environment can meet the basic livingconditions and the demand for living functions,but also provide residents with a comfortable external landscape environment and a harmonious human environment.However,the living environment of some residential areas is gradually deteriorating,which has brought greater psychological problems to the lives of some residents here,making the residents’ desire to improve the surrounding environment more and more strong and urgent.This paper mainly analyzes the relevant information of livable and beautiful community,interprets the relevant concepts,illustrates the development status at home and abroad with examples,and then puts forward the construction principles.Then,the author investigates and studies the livable and beautiful community of the Ti Da Yi Qing garden,and finds out its characteristics and existing problems.Through analysis,this paper puts forward the overall goal of the design and transformation,and then studies the specific implementation measures in practice,which provides a method for the sustainable construction and development of livable and beautiful communities in Beijing.
