The world energy crisis and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent.The energy strategy transformation has become the development emphasis of all countries in the world,which urges China's automobile enterprises to accelerate the speed of energy transformation.Under the strategic concept of "One Belt and Road Initiative",as a major producer of new energy automobile in the world,China has continuously strengthened its economic exchanges with the countries along the "One Belt and Road Initiative",and China's new energy automobile enterprises are opening overseas markets gradually.As a famous brand of new energy automobile in China,BYD company occupies a large share of new energy automobile market.At the same time,it also facing a lot of problems,such as the increase of market competitors and high investment costs.Facing so many risks,BYD company must build a performance management system with the characteristics of new energy automobile enterprises to maintain the long-term development.In this study,by understanding the current situation of performance management of new energy vehicle enterprises,and deeply exploring the existing problems of performance management,under the guidance of performance management and balanced scorecard related theories,we confirm the Balanced Scorecard dimension index according to the characteristics of high-tech enterprises such as new energy vehicle enterprises,and add the social responsibility dimension on the basis of the original four dimensions,emphasizing that enterprises should pay attention to it Social responsibility.The research takes BYD Company as the specific research object,analyzes the current operation situation,advantages and disadvantages of BYD Company,takes the strategic objectives determined by the enterprise as the starting point,combines the current support policies of new energy vehicle enterprises and the automobile market situation in China,sets the body dimension index of the Balanced Scorecard for BYD Company,improves the specific process and process of selecting the dimension index of the Balanced Scorecard for new energy vehicle enterprises Methods: to improve the management level of BYD Company,optimize the internal operation management of the company,improve the core competitiveness of the company,and maintain the long-term development of the company.At the same time,the case study content provides reference for the national new energy automobile industry to develop perfect enterprise performance management methods with the help of Balanced Scorecard,promotes the development of the new energy automobile industry,improves the overall competitiveness of the industry in the international market,responds to environmental pollution and energy crisis,and provides assistance for the national strategic transformation.
