In recent years,with the development of green ecological civilization as a new development concept in China,people have put forward higher requirements for comfortable living conditions and beautiful living environment.Also pay more and more attention.As a condition for sustainable development of urbanization construction,the quality of garden engineering affects the effect of ecological civilization construction to a certain extent.Garden engineering is a complete process of construction and implementation of garden design achievements.The scientific and rational quality control in garden engineering directly affects the quality of the project.The quality of the project is not only reflected in the quality of the construction results,but also in the people's satisfaction with the construction results.Therefore,to fully understand the factors that affect the quality,analyze the factors that affect the quality of garden projects,explore the methods of quality control of garden projects,and adopt effective strategies to control the quality objectives are important measures to ensure the quality of garden projects.The construction quality provides theoretical support and technical guidance.The thesis adopts methods such as data review,summary and case analysis to carry out in-depth research on basic theories such as landscape engineering,landscape engineering management,quality management,and overall process quality management.Analyze the factors that affect the quality of landscape engineering,and explore the guarantee strategies and solutions of engineering quality.And draw the following research conclusions:(1)In the process of garden engineering construction,the participation of personnel is throughout,and the personal and professional qualities of the participating personnel are an important factor affecting quality.It is not only the quality of professional and technical personnel that will affect the achievement of quality goals,but also the decision-making ability,leadership ability,and professional quality of managers and leaders at all stages of construction will also affect the achievement of quality goal(2)The quality of the materials selected during the construction phase is the basis for the quality of the garden project.The quality of the garden directly determines the quality of the project.However,through analysis and research,it was found that "material" in the construction of garden projects not only refers to materials,but can also be understood as data files.For example,the basic documents generated during the feasibility study stage that are instructive to the design stage;the construction drawings generated during the design stage to guide the construction;the technical data retained during the quality self-inspection and mutual inspection during the construction stage,etc.It has an impact on the realization of garden engineering quality.(3)The choice of machinery in the construction of garden projects has a very important impact on project quality and schedule.The machinery here generally refers to the equipment used in the construction process and the equipment required to constitute the engineering entity.The construction stage is an important part of realizing the quality of the project.Although it is necessary to choose the construction machinery and equipment carefully,but do not neglect the selection of the machinery used in the survey work in the project feasibility study stage.The influence of the choice of machinery here on the quality of the survey work is also very significant.(4)Whether the technical methods,technological schemes,technical schemes,etc.adopted in each stage of garden construction are reasonable,which directly affect the progress of each stage and the completion of quality objectives.(5)Both the construction environment and the external environment will have a significant impact on the quality of garden projects.The construction environment factors can be analyzed and predicted in advance through the engineering environment,construction operation environment,and project management environment,and intervention measures are taken to weaken its impact on quality.Through communication and coordination with the owners,designers,and supervisors,creating a good external environment plays a positive role in the construction of garden projects.
