Study On The Transformation And Reuse Of "Industrial Elements" In Industrial Heritage

With the deterioration of global environment,the concept of sustainable development has gradually become the basic consensus for human beings to view the world.At the same time,the transformation and reuse of industrial heritage has gradually become an important carrier of urban renewal and cultural heritage inheritance.In this context,for the industrial architectural heritage,countries around the world have begun to protect,transform,use and other related theoretical and practical activities,and various excellent cases are emerging.Due to the great difference of industrial elements among different industrial types,the reuse mode of industrial heritage transformation is also different.Through the concept of industrial element,the material and non-material heritage in industrial heritage can be transformed and reused systematically.However,in a large number of theoretical studies on industrial heritage,there are few theoretical studies focusing on industrial elements.This paper focuses on the reuse of industrial elements to carry out a comprehensive study.Taking industrial elements as the research object,it analyzes,summarizes and summarizes their classification,extraction,application and other aspects.This paper attempts to provide a systematic way of reuse for the protection of industrial heritage from the perspective of industrial elements,through which industrial elements can be used as the material carrier to retain the memory and spiritual culture of industrial sites.In the research process,the theory of industrial heritage,excellent cases and the development status of industrial elements at home and abroad are analyzed,and the basic attributes of industrial elements such as classification,characteristics,influencing factors and value evaluation are summarized to provide theoretical basis for the transformation and reuse of industrial elements.According to the Reuse Principle of industrial elements,the paper puts forward the reconstruction method of industrial elements,and applies the reuse strategy of industrial elements from the aspects of interior space,exterior skin and landscape environment of the building,so as to solve the application problem of industrial elements.Finally,combined with the current situation of our country,taking Handan state-owned Hanguang Machinery Factory as an example,based on the theoretical background of industrial heritage protection,the application research of industrial elements is put into practice in the renovation of the old workshop of Hanguang Machinery Factory,and the relevant application design iscarried out for the reuse of industrial elements in the interior space,exterior skin shape and landscape environment of the building,and the existing industrial heritage protection is proposed And suggestions for reuse,to provide more ideas for Hanguang group's industrial heritage protection work.Combing the reuse of industrial elements will help to improve the details of industrial heritage protection and strengthen the sense of industrial heritage protection,and then provide the basis for the design practice of industrial elements reuse.
