Study On Residential Landscape Design Of Poverty Alleviation And Relocation In Changing Land

The outline of the National Development Plan for the 13 th Five-Year Plan accurately points out that by 2020,all poor counties will be able to take off their hats and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Poverty alleviation and relocation is an important project for China’s poverty alleviation.Its purpose is to let the poor households living in "one side of the soil and water can not support one side of the people" come out and realize the improvement of the quality of life and living environment.Based on the data and field research,it is found that the current relocation mode is extensive.Because of the high utilization of land and the consideration of economic problems,local governments adopt the centralized construction of relocation houses with unified planning and arrangement.This kind of relocation mode has high efficiency and remarkable effect,but it fails to make concrete analysis of specific problems.China’s vast territory,rich landforms and diverse cultures,if only the model of relocation,will only result in "one side of a thousand villages",without characteristics,which is inconsistent with the original intention of the current rural construction.Moreover,the current research on land-changing poverty alleviation and relocation mainly focuses on the aspects of economy,policy and system reform.There are relatively few studies on the relocation subject,only the research on its adaptability in recent years,and the research on its residential landscape design needs to be supplemented.For this reason,from the perspective of human settlements environment,I first find problems from the current phenomenon of reflux of poverty alleviation and all-round residential design.Then through the construction of the original rural living habits,modes,psychology of the relocators,and the elements of rural landscape in the rural environment,I make a comparative study on the residential landscape of poverty alleviation relocation in the relocated areas combined with the case study.At last,the principles of landscape design are summarized through demonstration.In order to provide a suitable living environment for the relocators in the current uniform mode of relocation,and solve the existing relocation problems of therelocators’ inadaptability to the environment,homesickness and so on.
