With the rapid development of secondary vocational and technical education,the main problem facing is the imbalance between the quality of personnel training and social needs.The society needs innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Only innovative and entrepreneurial people can promote the sustainable,stable and high-quality development of society.At present,the vocational education still uses the general education knowledge-based discipline system,ignoring the cultivation of students' innovative thinking and innovative spirit.In the era of informatization in which subject knowledge cross-penetrates,students cannot rely on the knowledge and skills mastered by traditional education to meet the needs of social development.Therefore,in the new era,cultivating innovative talents is an important historical mission of school education,and vocational schools are no exception.In secondary vocational schools,professional training courses education is the basic carrier of talent training.Therefore,if innovation and entrepreneurship education is to be implemented and truly play a role in promoting the comprehensive development of students,it must be integrated with professional training courses.This article proposes a teaching reform plan for the teaching and learning status of the practical training courses for pneumatic technology majors in vocational schools.First,aiming at the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,a set of teaching devices that can combine theory with practical application has been developed for the practical classroom training of pneumatic technology.The device adopts a box structure,which not only reduces the cost of equipment,saves the area of the training room,but also has the advantage of easy development;the use of human-computer interaction interface can realize the teaching function,increase the intuitiveness of the teaching content,and can easily realize teaching The connection between the content and the engineering case lays a solid foundation for student employment.Second,the teaching model was optimized,innovative and entrepreneurship education was integrated into the teaching of professional training courses as a teaching concept,an innovative teaching model was constructed,and teaching methods suitable for the practical training courses of pneumatic technology in vocational schools were explored.Cultivate students' innovative thinking and innovative consciousness.According to the design,in the CNC machining major of the secondary vocational school,practical teaching was carried out with the example of "design of automatic shearing machine control system" as an example,and the practical training device and innovative teaching model in the teaching were verified through classroom practice.Application can stimulate students' innovative thinking and innovative consciousness.Practice has proved that,first,the use of innovative teaching models can achieve the expected teaching goals.In the teaching process,it can stimulate students' curiosity and imagination,promote the formation of students' innovative thinking and innovative consciousness,and at the same time,under the atmosphere of emphasizing autonomous learning,enhance the students' professional operation ability and team Cooperation ability;Secondly,the training device is an important carrier of practical training teaching.The application of human-machine interactive pneumatic teaching device can not only assist teachers to complete the teaching process,but also stimulate students' awareness of innovation and independent learning;third,In secondary vocational schools,the teaching reform of "integrating innovative entrepreneurship education concepts into the teaching of pneumatic technology training courses" has promoted the overall development of students.
