Development,Implementation And Research Of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Course Based On Work Process

Curriculum development based on working process is the theoretical and practical basis for curriculum reform and development.In the past two years,the state has issued relevant documents,clearly pointing out that we should adhere to the "school-enterprise cooperation,work-study integration" and strengthen the educational and teaching activities that integrate teaching and practice.As a part of Vocational education,technical education has made considerable progress.It is expected that by the end of 2020,the enrollment will reach 3.5 million people,and the number of books will reach 1,500.It is imperative to strive for integrated teaching among 50 professional subjects.Through the application of the theory strategy of curriculum development based on working experience,the course of new energy vehicle maintenance is developed.Through organizing school teachers,enterprise experts and vocational education experts to analyze the characteristics of enterprises,technical schools and students of technical schools,the typical tasks are refined,and the typical tasks are reformed and designed according to the mode of school-enterprise cooperation to make them conform to the characteristics of vocational school teaching.Such courses can enable students to truly understand the working environment of enterprises,master relevant knowledge and skills,improve students' subjective initiative,and lay a solid foundation for students to be competent for jobs.This paper also studies the resources of curriculum development,including the construction of teachers,training sites and digital resources.According to my work experience,I summarized the process of micro-lesson development,how to build a team,team work responsibilities and so on.For software development,how to build teams,how to build the bottom of the software,what should be paid attention to in making automobile models,and how to realize the interactive process provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of digital resources.Finally,through the verification of teaching practice and data analysis,the advantages of this course in improving students' comprehensive quality and professional ability compared with other conventional courses are found,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the overall teaching reform and curriculum development in the future.
