In recent years,as China’s auto sales resumed growth and the proportion of new energy vehicles in the total sales of new cars increased year after year,there are more and more choices for auto consumption,which also brought about a huge demand for auto marketing talents.In the face of the rapidly developing and changing automobile industry,there is a disconnect between the training of secondary-level automobile marketing talents and the development of the industry,which cannot meet the demand for automobile marketing talents from enterprises in the automobile sales industry.Vocational college curriculum as a carrier of talent training,has a very important role.This paper is based on the work process for the development of the middle-level "Automotive Marketing Fundamentals" course,so that the high-quality skilled talents cultivated by middle-level schools can better match the actual needs of enterprises.This study firstly conducts field interviews and research on the automobile sales enterprises where the employment of secondary vocational automobile marketing graduates is concentrated,and collates the vocational positions,job tasks and vocational job competence requirements of automobile sales enterprises.Then,the current situation of the automobile marketing curriculum in secondary schools was investigated,and the problems of the mismatch between the secondary automobile marketing curriculum and the needs of enterprises were analysed in the light of the research situation of enterprises.Then,in response to the problems identified by the research,the curriculum development process based on the work process was used to develop the "Automotive Marketing Fundamentals" course,refining typical tasks according to the job tasks,completing the summary of action areas and realising the conversion of teaching,formulating curriculum standards on the basis of the learning areas,and completing the design of learning situations and the development of relevant curriculum resources.Finally,Shenzhen B Vocational Technical School was selected as the object of teaching implementation,and the developed course "Automotive Marketing Fundamentals" was implemented.Through the feedback on the teaching implementation effect,it was confirmed that the work process-based curriculum development mode can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and skills required by secondary school students in the workplace,and consolidate the working foundation for secondary school students to engage in the professional positions in enterprises after graduation.
