Research On The Design Of Guojiazhuang Village Residential Aged Pension Complex Under The Background Of Aging

The problem of population aging is one of the major challenges facing the 21 st century.my country entered an aging society in 1999 and is at the stage of the fastest growth of population aging.With the change of the elderly’s consumption concept in our country and the development of multiple pension models,a residential pension model combining tourism and pension has emerged.The existing residential elder care facilities have a single function and cannot meet the needs of the elderly living in the residence.As the research on the residential pension complex is in its infancy,through the analysis and research of different models of residential pension facilities,the issues that need to be paid attention to in planning and design are explored,and the design points of the residential pension complex are summarized.The function of the residential pension complex is relatively complicated.This article takes the residential pension complex in Guojiazhuang Village of Xinglong County as the research object to study its design method.The construction of Guojiazhuang Village residential pension complex relies on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei pension,which has unique location and resource advantages,and meets the requirements for residential pension.Through research on the development orientation of Guojiazhuang Village,it is concluded that the construction of a residential complex for elderly residents in Guojiazhuang Village conforms to the development orientation of Guojiazhuang Village.Through the questionnaire survey,from the three aspects of tourism,housing and medical treatment,analyze and study the characteristics and needs of the elderly living as the basis for the design of Guojiazhuang Village residential elder care complex.Chapter III understands the construction status of Guojiazhuang Village’s infrastructure and residential space through field investigations,and combines the needs of the elderly to summarize the difficulties in the construction of Guojiazhuang Village’s residential elder care complex.Relevant solutions were proposed,and the operation mode of Guojiazhuang Village Residential Pension Complex was elaborated.Finally,combining with the design strategy of Guojiazhuang Village residential pension complex,the design strategy was verified from the four aspects of overall planning layout,construction of tourism and leisure space,design of living space and planning of medical service facilities.The construction of Guojiazhuang Village residential pension complex can alleviate the pressure of pension in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city,and it can also find new solutions for the local economic development of Guojiazhuang Village.It can also bring more jobs to local residents and ease The problem of aging and hollowing out of the local population.At present,the research on the residential pension complex is at the exploratory stage.The design research on the construction of the residential pension complex in Guojiazhuang Village fills the research vacancy in the planning of the residential pension complex,and provides a reference for the planning and design of the construction of residential pension facilities in my country.
