Research On The Strategy Of Suitable Aging For Residential Areas Under Embedded Pension Mode

With the rapid development of China’s population aging trend,the problems exposed in the elderly pension and living environment have become increasingly prominent.Especially in the existing urban residential areas,most of the old residential planning and construction out of the consideration of adult society,housing and supporting facilities are only suitable for adults to live,can not meet the special needs of the elderly psychophysiology and behavior.How to transform the existing residential areas to provide the elderly with a good living environment is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,from the perspective of "embedded" pension model,combined with the behavioral characteristics and physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,this paper makes a systematic investigation and Analysis on the problems of the aged in the existing residential areas,and explores the strategies for the transformation of the aged in the existing residential areas so as to adapt to the development of the aging population situation and improve the quality of the aged and the living environment.It has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the analysis of the concepts and theories of the "embedded" pension model and the "adaptive aging" transformation,this paper studies the behavioral and psychological characteristics and special needs of the elderly,and investigates and analyzes the unfavorable aspects of the existing residential areas in China.The existing problems,drawing lessons from the experience and measures of the aging-adapted transformation of the existing community at home and abroad,combined with the aging-adapted characteristics of the residential environment of the elderly,starting from the outdoor and indoor environment of the residential area,explore and study the existing residential area public activity space,indoor environment,supporting facilities for the elderly,landscape environment,road structure and so on.On the other hand,the paper puts forward the aging-adapted transformation strategy of the existing residential areas under the "embedded" pension model.The research on the aging-adapted transformation strategy of the existing residential areas under the "embedded" old-age mode has enriched and perfected the theory of the aging-adapted transformation design,provided a certain theoretical reference for the aging-adapted transformation practice of the same existing residentialareas in China,and improved the elderly pension and living quality.
