Research On Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of Architectural Space In Nanhu Campus Of Wuhan Textile University

Nowadays,with the deepening of the reform of colleges and universities in my country and the rapid development of higher education,especially in the past 30 years of reform and opening up,the construction of colleges and universities in my country has entered a new historical development period.Due to the development of middle schools in colleges and universities,many colleges and universities have formed multi-campus schools under the expansion of enrollment,so that their original campus houses have changed their functions;after the integration of disciplines,they need to meet the new layout of teaching and research houses,plus teaching After the reform,the demand for applied disciplines in laboratories requires more teaching space in colleges and universities.At present,there are a large number of campus buildings built between 1950 and1990 in our colleges and universities with varying degrees of aging,many of which have lost their original functionality,the design does not conform to today’s aesthetics,and the internal functions of the building are not perfect.These buildings must be idle.The campus in the urban area of the city has been occupied by other land,and there is no land for development.In addition,the strict planning requirements for campus land use have pushed down the cost of reconstruction.The old buildings still in use in colleges and universities are also in the same form as the new construction of schools Inconsistent,there is an urgent need to renovate buildings that do not meet the school’s requirements today.Nowadays,the primary task of university construction is to provide students with higher quality and diversified learning spaces.How to transform the campus architecture of colleges has become an important topic in contemporary campus construction research.This article begins with basic research,problem research,strategy research,case verification,and conclusion.First of all,the first chapter is the basic research part of the thesis.It introduces the research background of university building renovation,the concept of space reconstruction,the research object of this article,the research status and research methods at home and abroad.Secondly,the second chapter studies the value of modern and contemporary college buildings and the existing problems of old buildings,and points out that it is unable to meet the necessity of architectural transformation for campus development.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation,through the analysis of the current successful cases of old buildingrenovation in colleges and universities,the strategy for the reconstruction and reconstruction of college buildings is summarized,and the principles of the space reconstruction of college buildings are summarized for these elements.Then,from the aspects of group building space reconstruction,single building space reconstruction and internal space reconstruction,summarize the ways of university building space reconstruction.Finally,the architectural group of Nanhu Campus of Wuhan Textile University was used as a design practice to verify the principles and transformation methods summarized in the paper.In the context of the development of colleges and universities in China,this article is based on the current situation of the use of Chinese college buildings and innovatively takes the concept of "spatial reconstruction" as an entry point to study the excellent examples of reconstruction of old college buildings and summarizes The method is applied to the concrete renovation example of the former student’s living room of Wuhan Textile University,hoping to provide a certain reference for the reconstruction and transformation of the architectural space of colleges and universities in the future.
