A Research On The Renovation And Recycling Design Of The Old University Buildings At The Principle Of Tectonics

In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's education,expanding the scale of universities,educational reform continued to deepen,coupled with the development of a new university campus,causing the old campus of functional space disappears and changes constantly.Meanwhile,the process of urbanization is also accelerating,the existing university campus gradually become the old city center.In this context,the construction of buildings in the early University have either not fully meet the new requirements proposed in the current development of the structure or the function itself.But blindly adopt demolition and reconstruction of the way,not only caused great waste of resources,but also for the protection of cultural and historic buildings on campus are extremely unfavorable.Thus,these universities renovation of old buildings has become the best choice.This paper attempts to construct learning from the perspective of research on the transformation of the old university building Summary:starting from the construction of the transformation concept is based on the construction itself,the rational use of materials,choose the appropriate technology,spatial and create.Clarity can be sorted out from the chaos of old buildings in the form of strengthened expression technology and cultural characteristics of the building renovation;while constructing the formation of a double system,creating a rich spatial form.Historic Preservation idea of this development,opposition to imitate historical form,promote the application of new technologies,which reflects the transformation of the characteristics of the times.In this paper,university campus retained the old historic buildings,based on the analysis of the elements of the project on the introduction of the theoretical construct to explain the concept of constructed features and transformation theory.Then to illustrate the transformation of the old building college construction strategies through the design of the cited examples abroad.Finally,individual practice,lessons learned,hoping to provide vision and ideas for the construction based on the old university building renovation.
