The production costs of prefabricated constraction building prefabricated components produced by Wei De is the research object on this paper.The three links of the prefabricated component production process that material procurement,production scheduling,component maintenance are taken as the research object,the corresponding part of the cost control are taken as the starting point and establishing the production cost control optimization model by analyzing the main features of each link so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the production cost of the prefabricated component.The main research contents are as follows:On the analysis of prefabricated components production cost,the status quo of production cost of prefabricated components in Weidong Prefabrication Plant is analyzed.Based on the significance of the impact of prefabricated components’ production costs,three typical phases that affect the production costs of prefabricated components are identified including materials procurement stage,production scheduling,conservation phase.Starting from the various production processes of prefabricated components,the cost structure of prefabricated components is analyzed.In the material procurement stage,analyzing the factors that affect the cost of procurement,finding out the main factors,putting forward a reasonable solution.Respectively,to build selection model and optimization model to control the procurement costs.Supplier ’s Selection Evaluation Model is established by application of the Gray Comprehensive Evaluation Method,using the storage theory to establishe the material procurement model of the procurement of two categories of materials one is that allow out of stock,production takes some time to purchase,the other is discount in bulk.In the production scheduling stage,the main influencing factors that affect the production cost of the prefabricated component was analyzed through the description of the production process of the prefabricated components.Establishing An Optimization Model for the Production Cost of Prefabricated Components,the production cost of the prefabricated component is the objective function,the size of the bottom mold,the number of molds,the number of embedded parts and connectors is the restrictions.Under the premise of satisfying the construction period and quality,the cost control of the prefabricated component production line is realized by the reasonable division of the production lot,which provides the basis for the production cost control of the prefabricated component.In the cement conservation stage,the energy consumption is the key point of cost control by analyzing the proportion of the cost of the link.,the positions of the prefabricated components in the cellar are variables,minimizing the energy consumption is the objective function and the maintenance requirements of the Prefabricated components is restrictions is used to Established a cost control optimization model so as to achieve a reasonable arrangement of maintenance components,and thus to achieve the purpose of controlling the production cost of prefabricated components.The validity of the model is proved by comparative analysis.The optimization method of production cost control of prefabricated building assembly in this paper is helpful to reduce the overall cost level of assembly building and promote the healthy development of assembly building.
