| The internet appeared in the military connections of the United States in the late 1960 s,followed by the development of internet technology and computer technology,complementing each other and working hand in hand.During that era,manual tasks were slowly replaced by computer technology,data and automation and information were transferred through the world,thus entering into digital economics era.Recently,the Chinese government have been keeping pace with these developments of the time and is highly concentrating on these technological advancements.During G20 period,the Chinese government promoted “Internet +” in-depth development.All industries must keep up with the times and connect with the internet,allowing internet economy to fully play its role in the industry.Supply chain management have been developed in this period and have been equipped with these characteristics of its era.1.Production factors are based on big data analysis which becomes the key driving force for the development of supply chain,2.Infrastructure of supply chain have changed from traditional facilities to digital infrastructure,3.The boundaries between supply and demand in supply chain are increasingly incomprehensible.Automobile industry’s supply chain management.The digitization of the entire automotiveFor the supply chain management of the automotive industry,the digitization of the entire automotive supply chain system is a major trend in its development.From the year 2017 to 2018,most of the investment in automobile OEMs is mostly used in intelligent strategic deployment,digitalization of comprehensive automotive supply chain systems and cooperation with big data technology suppliers.Automakers are no longer selling cars separately but have begun to position themselves as providers of technical solutions for mobile communications,freight transport,driverless and new energy.The development of automotive companies has undergone major changes in strategy and have been given 5 new features in the digital economy era;1.Cloud-based information fusion and integration2.Manufacturing intelligence based on big data applications3.New automation based on automation and information integration4.Digitization of transparency of production process5.Standardization based on management specification objectives.Changes in the economic structure have promoted technological innovation in the auto parts industry.With the constant changes in customer demand and changes in the external environment,this have made auto parts companies increasingly aware of the importance of supply chain management.In order to achieve the goal of improving the competitive advantage of enterprises,auto parts companies are constantly looking for the best method of supply chain management.Thus,resulting lean supply chain management evolved from lean thinking and is widely used by most auto parts companies.To this end,based on the literature review,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the development of auto parts enterprises in the digital economy era of China.Based on the basic framework and ideas of supply chain management,the auto parts enterprises supply chain management lean analysis and summary will be able to help develop the target,guarantee and main path of supply chain management of auto parts enterprises.Finally,according to the case study of company E’s lean supply chain optimization of auto parts,the six lean supply chain management and the lean strategy formulation and optimization plan are described in detail,and the actual financial data are used to prove the lean supply chain management of China’s auto parts enterprises’ effectiveness and necessity.The six main paths of lean supply chain management in this paper,and the empirical research on it,have strong practical significance and recommend to used as a reference for the transformation and upgrading of China’s auto parts enterprises. |
