At present,the investment of urban complex project is facing many challenges,including the fierce market competition and so on.How to improve the management level of urban complex project is an important index related to its future development.In the research,this paper mainly takes the A Times Square urban complex project as the research object,identifies,evaluates and formulates the risk factors that still exist in the risk management work,and hopes that after the further analysis of this paper,the risk prevention and control level of the A Times Square urban complex will be strengthened,the awareness of risk resistance can be improved,and it can be developed smoothly in the challenge.Based on the whole life cycle theory and the theory of risk causation,this paper focuses on the urban complex project of Times Square A.First of all,based on the background of urban complex project risk management research,through the relevant data query,to obtain the content that this study needs to learn from,and on this premise,the concepts and theories involved in this study are summarized,so as to consolidate the theoretical basis of this study.Then,according to the object of A Times Square complex project,through the whole life cycle theory,system engineering theory and risk cause theory,respectively,the specific research is carried out from the aspects,one is risk identification,the other is risk identification.It is divided into the category of "greater risk".Therefore,in the stage of project development,we must strengthen the awareness of risk prevention and control and formulate effective risk prevention measures.According to some problems still existing in the risk of A Times Square complex project,this study mainly analyzes the four stages of investment decision,early stage,construction stage rent and sale and operation management,and finally puts forward some suggestions on the existing problems of "great risk" and "big risk".
