Research On Urban Human Settlements Vitality Based On Street Scale

With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in China,the urban population is gradually increasing,the urban space is facing reconstruction,and the urban human settlements has begun to change.More and more cities are beginning to experience a series of human settlements problems such as traffic congestion,housing shortage,and environmental pollution.This is mostly a manifestation of the lack of vitality in the development of the urban human settlements.Under this background,how to promote the health of the urban human settlements can be sustained development has become a top priority.As the basic unit of the city,the improvement of the urban human settlements vitality in the street area is of great significance for enhancing the overall urban human settlements vitality.The urban human settlements vitality provides a new direction for the current urban human settlements construction work.In this study,40 streets in the main city of Dalian were used as research units,and multi-source data such as night lighting data,OSM road network data,and POI data were used as data support.Entropy method,spatial autocorrelation analysis and other research methods were used to analyze Dalian City.The spatial differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of urban human settlements vitality in the main urban area,on this basis,the urban human settlements vitality promotion strategy is proposed,and the application prospect of urban human settlements vitality is prospected.The main findings are as follows:(1)The spatial differentiation characteristics of urban human settlements vitality in Dalian are remarkable.The urban human settlements vitality quality areas are mainly distributed in Qingniwaqiao Street,Zhongshan Park Street and Renmin Road Street,showing a dual-core spatial distribution structure.From the city center to the administrative boundary gradually decreased.The inter-regional urban living environment has strong spatial dependence and has a more obvious "Matthew effect".Among them,the hot spots of urban human settlements are mainly distributed in the southeast of Dalian,showing a concentrated distribution trend,and the cold spots are distributed in the northern fringe of Dalian,with spatially homogenous characteristics.(2)The spatial difference characteristics of urban human settlements vitality under different dimensions are obvious.Among them,the urban construction environment spatial difference measurement index value is the highest,the human settlements interaction is second,and the urban human settlements vitality spatial difference measurement index value is the lowest.Among them,the urban building environmental vitality value shows a single-core spatial pattern in spatial distribution,and urban human settlement activities and human-environment interaction show a dual-core spatial pattern in spatial distribution.(3)The spatial differentiation pattern of urban human settlements vitality in Dalian is the result of multiple factors interweaving and influencing each other,mainly affected by the four aspects of natural environment,social economy,spatial form and population size.Among them,natural environmental factors mainly affect the urban architectural environment and the spatial layout of the interaction between people and the environment.Social economic factors,spatial morphological factors,and population scale factors have a more profound impact on the vitality of the urban human settlement environment on the basis of the natural environment..(4)According to the analysis of the spatial pattern of urban human settlements vitality and the influencing factors,it proposes strategies for creating urban human settlements vitality,including shaping urban personality,promoting linkage cooperation,formulating planning strategies,and improving cultural level.With the continuous development of modern information technology and the gradual development of smart city construction,the vitality of urban human settlements has broad application prospects in government decision-making,urban planning and residents' lives.
