Youth are the main force in the country’s economic and social development,and the main driving force for our country to enter the new stage of industrialization and urbanization.Young people are the core force of the new generation of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and they have played an important role in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.With the accelerated development of new urbanization in our country and the rapid expansion of urban space,many "urban diseases" have emerged.For example,urban traffic congestion,unbalanced labor supply and demand,contradictions in the employment structure,difficulty in supplying and renting houses,and high housing price-to-income ratios are all common "urban diseases".These problems not only make the development of the city in an unbalanced and disordered state,but also cause a decline in the quality of urban space and urban vitality.In addition,they also lead to employment and housing difficulties for urban youth groups.Therefore,how to explore urban space issues from the perspective of youth group and further explore the inner connection between the youth population and urban space is the key to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of cities.With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the widespread application of location-based services,the spatiotemporal big data that can describe the activities of urban residents,such as mobile phone signal data and social network data,has gradually become the main data source for studying urban spatial vitality.Food delivery data is a new type of urban big data that its consumer groups have characterized mainly youthful,which provides a new way to quantitatively evaluate and analyze the spatial vitality of urban youth groups.Based on food delivery data,this thesis defines the concept and composition of urban youth spatial vitality,establishes a quantitative model of urban youth spatial vitality,designs a geographic analysis framework that considers urban youth spatial vitality,and finally forms a method system for urban youth spatial vitality evaluation.Taking the main urban area of Hangzhou as an example,the thesis explores the spatiotemporal distribution of urban youth hotspots in Hangzhou,and quantifies the spatial differentiation of the factors that affect the urban youth spatial vitality.In addition,this thesis analyzes the characteristics and internal relations of urban youth employment and residential space from three aspects: digital economy industry,housing space distribution and rail transit.The main research contents and conclusions of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)This thesis constructs a method system for evaluating urban youth spatial vitality,defines the concept and composition of urban youth spatial vitality by summarizing existing urban spatial vitality theoretical methods,and establishes a quantitative model of urban youth spatial vitality based on space heat value and functional space feature strength value as the core,which measures the spatial distribution density and the functional area activity intensity of urban youth groups.In addition,based on correlation analysis and geographic weighted regression analysis methods,a geographic analysis framework for urban youth spatial vitality influencing factors is designed.Besides,this thesis proposes the urban youth job-living balance index based on rail transit and the urban youth-industry consistency evaluation index,which can provide support for the analysis of urban employment and residential space.(2)This thesis discovers the spatiotemporal distribution hotspots of urban youth in Hangzhou based on the food delivery data,and uses the clustering method to identify the working and residential hotspot areas of urban youth.By comparing with the official planning map of Hangzhou,it can be found that the average accuracy of the urban youth working and residential areas identified by the method proposed in this thesis can reach70%.Based on this,a variety of urban youth space heat values and feature strength values of urban youth working and residential space are calculated.(3)Based on the geographic analysis framework for urban youth spatial vitality influencing factors,this thesis quantitatively analyzes the spatial differentiation of urban youth spatial vitality influencing factors from three aspects: industry,function,and transportation,and discusses the impact of digital economy industry,subway distance,residential,public facilities and other functional factors on the spatial distribution of urban youth.The study found that the digital economy industry factor has a great positive influence and locational differences on the distribution of urban youth work area,and the analysis results can provide support for urban planning and management.(4)Based on the urban youth working and residential space feature strength values,this thesis evaluates the spatial distribution consistency of Hangzhou’s digital economy industry and the youth population,analyzes the changes in the urban youth employment and housing balance under rail transit,and analyzes the spatial distribution model of residential hotspotsresidential hotspots in Hangzhou from the perspective of the youth groups,discovering that Hangzhou’s urban youth residential hotspots present the spatial distribution characteristics of "largely scattered,small gathering".In addition,this thesis discusses the relevance of young labor and urban industries,the factors affecting urban youth’s choice of housing,and the impact of rail transit on urban employment and housing space planning.This thesis uses food delivery data as an external representation of urban spatial vitality,and establishes a method for analyzing and mining the spatiotemporal characteristics of urban youth driven by big data.In addition,by constructing urban youth spatial vitality model,this thesis can transform the research on employment and residential space of urban youth from static qualitative evaluation to dynamic quantitative analysis.The method proposed in this thesis can more clearly recognize the law of urban youth spatial activities,and effectively promote the research of spatiotemporal big data technology in the comprehensive scenes of urban industry/housing-population-space. |
