As the core load-bearing component of the crane,the truss boom has many working conditions and complex structure.With the increase of the boom length,the geometrically nonlinear effect of the long truss boom becomes increasingly prominent.Analytical calculations based on national standards do not produce more accurate results,and general commercial calculation software often uses trial algorithms to deal with such problems.It requires constant adjustment of structural parameters and manual assembly of calculation models.In terms of stability calculations,it takes a long time and has low efficiency.There are often problems of non-linear non-convergence,which seriously affect the development cycle of crane products.In this paper,a parametric modeling method of a truss boom based on the co-rotation coordinate method is proposed in view of the variable characteristics of the crane truss boom combination and the standardized structure and considering the geometric nonlinear effect.First,the slender truss boom is divided into multiple truss boom unit structures according to the structure of the boom section,a local coordinate system is established on the unit structure,and the co-rotation coordinate method is used to statically condense the truss boom unit structure.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the truss boom unit structure,the formula derives the generalized internal force and gravity calculation formula of the truss boom unit structure and the precise tangent stiffness matrix,which lays the foundation for nonlinear analysis and calculation.Then,taking the truss boom of a crawler crane as an example,the parametric rapid modeling of the constant section boom section,variable section boom section and composite section boom section is carried out,a series of truss boom finite element models are generated,and the feasibility of the modeling method is determined.Finally,based on the MATLAB language,the parametric modeling and analysis program for the crane truss boom was developed,and the parameterization of the finite element model of the truss boom under full working conditions was quickly established.The analysis and verification of the examples were carried out to determine the correctness of the modeling method And reliability.
