As the main body of social and economic development,enterprises bear a series of corporate responsibilities and the main responsibilities of the impact on society and the public.However,in today's endless emergence of new media,it is difficult to realize the rapid disposal of emergencies by relying solely on the strength of enterprises,because the media,especially the new media,has become one of the main sources of public access to information,and the crisis early warning of emergencies has become one of the main sources of public access to information.Information transmission and public opinion guidance play an important role,so the communication between enterprises and media is particularly important in emergency management.The effective interaction and transmission of information between the two has become a solution to emergencies.Important means.Based on this,this paper takes the communication mechanism between enterprises and media in emergency management as the research object,introduces the related theories of public management,crisis management and news communication,and on the basis of summing up the previous research results,tries to put forward the train of thought and countermeasures to construct the communication mechanism between enterprises and media on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and causes of communication between enterprises and media.In order to fundamentally make up for the current enterprise emergency management and media communication deficiencies.The contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,on the basis of defining the media and crisis,this paper puts forward the connotation and characteristics of emergencies;analyzes the connotation,purpose,principles and cycles of emergency management;and deeply discusses the importance and principles of crisis communication between enterprises and media by clarifying the connotation of enterprise and emergency communication.Secondly,the communication between enterprises and media in emergency management is analyzed theoretically.On the basis of analyzing the respective responsibilities and functions of enterprises and media in emergency management,this paper focuses on the function,mode,process and strategy of communication between enterprises and media in emergency management.Thirdly,combined with the emergency cases in China in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems existing in communication from the perspective of the interaction between enterprises and media information in emergency management,and then analyzes the root causes of the existing problems.Then,the emergency information transmission mechanism of enterprises in our country and how to construct the communication model of the mechanism are discussed.Finally,according to the problems and causes of communication between enterprises and media in emergency management,this paper tries to put forward thecorresponding countermeasures from the aspects of information communication mechanism,information response mechanism,risk early warning mechanism and pilot mechanism.
