With the progress of Internet technology,new media technology represented by WeChat,weibo and mobile APP has been rapidly developed.The information communication mode in the new media era is characterized by rapid transmission,wide coverage,dropsy publicity,negative interpretation,normal crisis and fragmentation of reading.The traditional means of public opinion monitoring and management are far from enough to meet the complex public opinion environment based on Internet +.Adopting intelligent monitoring method and improving supervision and management mechanism are the main measures to strengthen the management based on Internet + public opinion.As an important enterprise that concerns the national economy and people's livelihood,automobile enterprises are closely related to the social and economic development,and are closely related to the national life.The strategic layout,enterprise management,automobile products and the implementation of major projects of automobile enterprises are bound to receive extensive attention from the public.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the public opinion management of automobile enterprises based on Internet +.This paper starts from the status quo of domestic and international public opinion management,and summarizes the latest research results at home and abroad from the aspects of public opinion and network public opinion,government and enterprise network public opinion management,enterprise public opinion types and characteristics,and Internet public opinion monitoring technology.Research content and research ideas.Secondly,it summarizes the related theories of corporate public opinion management,including:risk management theory,life cycle theory,stakeholder theory and so on.Then,it explores the needs of automotive enterprise public opinion management,such as Internet information collection and preprocessing,information analysis and assessment,public opinion warning,and system management.Furthermore,combined with the system development platform Asp.net and SQL database technology,the overall structure design of the enterprise public opinion monitoring and management system was carried out,and the structural system and functional structure model based on B/S mode were constructed.On this basis,the main functional modules were designed in detail using C#language,which realized system login,public opinion monitoring program setting,public opinion information statistics and analysis,and public opinion warning.In order to detect the designed Internet public opinion monitoring system,based on the system,a car company and its car brand models were monitored.Through the collection and sorting of the public opinion information,the trend,source,public opinion attributes and characteristics of the company's public opinion information were statistically analyzed.Wait.Finally,relevant recommendations are given to the management of public opinion of automobile companies,in order to provide some reference and reference for the management of public opinion.Based on the demand of public opinion management of automobile enterprises,this study constructs a public opinion management system under the background of Internet +,which has certain application value from management practice.
