Research On Renewal Design Of Historic District In Southeast Xi'an City Corner Under Low Carbon Concept

The Paris Climate Summit in 2015 identified greenhouse gas emissions as the main body of the global climate crisis,and energy conservation and emission reduction has become a common programme of action for all mankind.In the process of rapid urbanization in China,environmental pollution,climate warming and other issues come one after another.It is an inevitable trend for social development to transform to lowcarbon,and the construction of low-carbon cities is imperative.The construction of low-carbon cities in China has been carried out in an all-round way.Shaanxi Province is one of the first pilot low-carbon provinces.Xi'an has also been selected as the first pilot low-carbon cities.As the capital city of Shaanxi Province and the central city of the five northwest provinces,Xi'an should play a leading role in the low-carbon development of cities and economies in China.At the same time,as the first batch of national historical and cultural cities,Xi'an's urban development type is typical and representative.As an important part of a historical city,the renewal design of historic blocks under the guidance of low-carbon will be the key to realize the low-carbon development of historic cities.At the same time,the renewal of historic blocks will be influenced by many values,and there are great challenges in complexity,timing and economy,but it also determines the identifiability and diversity of renewal design strategies under its low-carbon concept.Therefore,the study of renewal design under the concept of low-carbon conversion of historical blocks has far-reaching significance.This paper chooses the historical block of southeastern corner of Xi'an as the research object,combs the relevant theory and practice cases of low-carbon urban construction and low-carbon renewal,and combs out the guiding direction of lowcarbon concept for urban block construction.Aiming at the direction of low-carbon guidance,this paper combines with the investigation of the current situation of the historical blocks in the southeastern corner of Xi'an,and seeks the existing problems of the historical blocks in the southeastern corner of Xi'an under the concept of low-carbon.Combining with the factors affecting the low-carbon renewal of historical blocks in southeastern corner of Xi'an,starting from the level of spatial design of historical blocks,a practical path of low-carbon concept in historical blocks in southeastern corner of Xi'an is formed,which guides the specific renewal design practice and tries to find the suitable method of renewal design under the low-carbon concept of this type of historical blocks.Firstly,aiming at the guiding direction of low-carbon urban block construction,through investigating the current situation of land use,traffic organization,current greening,historical relics and other aspects of historical block in southeastern corner of Xi'an,this paper puts forward specific problems that do not meet the goal of low-carbon urban construction,and determines the key problems and directions to be solved in lowcarbon renewal.Thereafter,starting from the level of the spatial design of historic blocks,the guiding direction of the construction of low-carbon urban blocks is refined,and the development goal of low-carbon concept at the level of blocks is put forward.Based on this goal,the essential system of block design from the perspective of low-carbon is put forward,namely,block space capacity,block scale,block function,traffic organization,public space,block greening,energy facilities and municipal administration.There are eight aspects of facilities.Based on this platform,the development goal of low-carbon concept is combined and coordinated with many influential factors,and finally the practice path of low-carbon concept in the historical block of southeastern corner of Xi'an is formed.Then,based on the practice path of low-carbon concept in the southeast corner of Xi'an,the paper studies various sub-items,and proposes the space renewal design strategies for adapting to climate,functional revival,cultural heritage and low-carbon energy conservation,combining with the current situation of the southeast corner of Xi'an.Finally,taking the historical block of southeast corner of Xi'an as the object of operation,this paper carries out the low-carbon renewal of the block space design,explores the idea of renewal design of the historical block of southeast corner of Xi'an under the concept of low-carbon and the practical verification of the space design method,and tries to explore the appropriate way to realize the renewal of this type of historical block under the concept of low-carbon.
