Research On Control And Guidance On The Basis Of Classification Of Block Units In The Zhaoqing Duanzhou Ancient City From The Perspective Of Conservation And Regeneration Of Historic Environment

The ancient city is an important non-renewable resource in the field of heritage protection in China.The ancient city of Duanzhou in Zhaoqing was built in the Northern Song Dynasty.It is one of the few Song Dynasty ancient cities in China with a complete city wall.Due to the lack of overall planning and guidance in the construction of the ancient city of Duanzhou in the past few decades,the style of the ancient city has been greatly damaged.In 2015,the ancient city wall of Duanzhou was selected as the "City Walls of the Ming and Qing Dynasties",a national project which is to declare World Cultural Heritage.Take this time as an opportunity,the Duanzhou Ancient City Rehabilitation Project was officially launched,ushered in the opportunity of the ancient city freshmen.This paper hopes to systematically and comprehensively sort out the value elements of Duanzhou Ancient City,and establish a system of Control and Guidance on the Basis of Classification of Block Units for Duanzhou Ancient City based on the protection value elements,which can provide specific guidance and strategies for the construction,demolition,construction and reform of the ancient city.Based on the existing theories and methods of historic environmental protection and regeneration,this paper takes the basic space unit of Duanzhou Ancient City,namely the Block Units as the research object.The research is mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Relevant background and theoretical research: Through the research on the current domestic and international historic environmental protection and ancient city protection theory,systematically combing the relevant researches at home and abroad in Zhaoqing Duanzhou ancient city,summarizing the relevant contents of the neighborhood unit characteristics,protection control and guidance methods,and combining domestic and foreign Excellent historic environmental protection update cases,sort out the research logic and method of text.(2)Inductive value elements of the block unit are summarized: Through the research on the historical development and current situation of Duanzhou ancient city,the four types of protection value elements such as spatial perception,texture and capacity,location perception and architecture of the block unit in Duanzhou ancient city are summarized,andeach type of value element is subdivided into two levels.It forms a system of value elements of the block unit and provides a research basis for the construction of the classification and guidance system.(3)Dividing and classifying the Duanzhou ancient city block unit: Based on the specific embodiment of the protection factor of the block unit,the Duanzhou ancient city is divided into 29 block units,which are divided into historical scenes as the guiding core and guided by the city wall.Control core,with historical street as the guiding core,school as the guiding core,with texture and capacity as the guiding core five types,and subdivided into13 sub-categories.(4)Constructing the classification and control system of the Duanzhou ancient city block unit: Based on the division and classification of the block unit,the four types of protection value elements are used,and the four kinds of guidance and control methods,protection control plans and protection design are applied by space perception guidance,texture and capacity guidance,place construction guidance and building protection update guidance and control.Guide two kinds of expression methods to construct the classification and control system of the block unit,and select three of them to conduct classification and guidance demonstration,and propose a specific protection and control strategy.
