| It is an effectively method to solve the problem between city rainfall and water shortage by water seepage, stagnation, storage, net, and row. It can reduce city flood and improve the city ecological security. This paper focused on the theory of Sponge City analyzing, and studying on the practice of Sponge City in the xi’xian new area in Shaanxi Province, on the purpose to solving the stormwater management problems in the Xi’Xian new area. It can provide model demonstration and practice experience for the Sponge City building in the northwest of China. The main researches were as follows:Firstly, building the rain infiltration greenfield. Through building the rain infiltration Greenfield in the residential areas and parks in Xi’Xian new area, such as Sunken green space,green roof, grassed swales, etc. which can let most of urban rainfall rapidly infiltrating through the green land and reduce the surface runoff, with other drainage facilities. It also can supple the underground water and cleanup the rainwater.Secondly, building the road and square. By using the permeable brick and establish reasonable drainage slope in the residential areas and the main road in xi’xian new area, it can guide the rainwater percolate into the soil through the permeable brick and the gap between the permeable brick. On the other hand, the rainwater can be guided into the Greenfield or the rainwater collection pipes by the slpoe. So that can resolve the road waterlogged by the urban storm water.Thirdly, building the water supply and drainage system. Overall planning for the water supply and drainage system in the xi’xian new area by using the tiage system and sewage drainage, which can lead the rainwater to the recycling utilization system, and lead the sewage to the sewage purification system. It can realize the maximization of the rainwater use, andsolve the problem of water shortage in the city of Xi’Xian new area. By the way, the rainwater can be cleaned up by the plants in the grassed swales, and reduce the runoff velocity.Fourthly, water remediation. It can enhance the integrated river flood control capacity and achieve peak regulation, and raise the groundwater level in the future, by building the storm water wetlands, vegetated buffer zones and ecological revetment and other facilities. At the same time, installing some appropriate treatment facilities, such as sand filter, gravel, etc.can help reducing the rainfall erosion and purification of rain, so that can avoid river pollution. |
