| This paper introduces the research and development of the existing management system of the DAB automobile airbag production line.As a result of low production efficiency and other problems,the system through the dispatch system and visualization system will accurately transfer the real-time information of the production site to the corresponding departments and relevant individuals,so that the production information can be efficiently operated,and then the production line operators and The auxiliary staff formed an efficient pull.Improve the production efficiency of the entire production line by reducing the invalid production time.The system combines the mixed programming of PLC language and C ++ language to realize the information collection of the production site system,the storage of the production site feedback information through the Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database server,and the mobile APP and network page of the production-related important data information through PHP and JAVA Visualization function,finally combined with Wechat programming language to further realize production line management,realizing timely,accurate,comprehensive monitoring and real-time management of production line personnel,production status and material status.After the system was successfully put into use in the DAB airbag production line after commissioning,it operated stably and met the production needs,making the production process management of the DAB airbag production line transparent and efficient.The production efficiency of the entire production line is improved,and the outflow rate of bad products is reduced. |
