In this paper, to improve the quality of folding and the production efficiency, improve the existing low degree of automation and production type single of the folding device, this paper designed an automatic folding device,which based on the modular design method and can be used to produce a variety of different type automobile airbag products. The device with programmable controller (PLC) as control unit, using magnetic induction sensor and photoelectric sensor to test the location parameter and qualified, through the grating sensor and pedal switch to protect operator safety in operation, and regard it as the feedback signals of the control unit, using serial and parallel hybrid control strategy and coordination of the various stations and process control technology to improve the production efficiency of the automotive airbag production line. And to achieve decoupling between control multiple motors by probabilistic optimization method based on clustering. Meanwhile,this device can store the important data in real time by SQL.And this device can perform real-time monitoring and fault display of the entire process by Lab VIEW.The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional fold bag device, this paper designed a new type of folding bag device in the process of air pocket fold folding the average thickness of aperture reduced from1.0mm to0.5mm;This device of single production rhythm shorten15s-20s, reach45s, improve the production efficiency;At the same time, the products of the device type from the original single model is extended to three, device of good generality. |
