In recent years,China's scientific and technological le'vel has been steadily improved,and the economic era of urbanization has led to the vigorous development of various industries.W institute of architectural design is a professional architectural design institution that provides the design scheme for the exterior structure of main buildings such as hospital engineering,commercial residential engineering and commercial activity center,which is composed of provincial design institute.As W architecture research institute is a conventional enterprise established in an unnatural public order environment,there are many deficiencies in its management system,especially in performance management,which to some extent restricts the industrial development of W design research institute.Therefore,from the perspective of performance management,it is urgent to improve the work efficiency of employees and to concentrate the core competitiveness of enterprises to the greatest extent.By learning from the current core theory of performance appraisal,combining with the performance appraisal characteristics of the construction industry,and learning from the mainstream performance appraisal methods of related industries,this paper redesigned the performance appraisal system of XYZ architectural design institute W design institute.This paper analyzes the basic situation of human resource management of W design institute,its current performance status and prominent problems,summarizes its long-term problems in performance appraisal,and establishes a performance appraisal system with a high degree of conformity with the actual situation according to the current development of W architectural design institute.In addition,the necessary implementation and safeguard measures are also designed for the redesigned performance appraisal system.Based on the domestic and foreign performance appraisal theories and scientific theories and methods,this paper reconstructs the performance appraisal system of W design research institute,and then proposes scientific methods.This paper provides a performance appraisal system that meets the current performance requirements of W design institute,and also provides a reference for other design enterprises to redesign performance appraisal.
