| The incentive and assessment index system is a research method widely used in companies management practice in the West and has achieved good results.It is one of the driving forces for the development of companies.Many Chinese companies are also exploring and practicing,and they have gained some experience.However,the incentive and assessment system for R&D activities has already been applied in China,but different companies have different management methods.Especially in combination with China’s national conditions,the companies within the system face the current situation of the combination of planned economy and market economy.The business research institutes,whose identity is also under the trend of the market economy,have been impacted by scientific research institutions and departments,especially the technical personnel who master the core key technologies,have become the resources that the relevant departments are vying for.How to establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal indicator system has become a public relations problem that each company is eager to carry out.Therefore,this paper combines the Incentive theory with the performance appraisal index system of the research department of NE Research Institute.Starting from the theoretical interpretation,based on the research and analysis of the past performance appraisal methods,submit questions,analyzes them by using the incentive theory,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to Analyze and calculate each factor to determine the weight of each indicator in the performance appraisal indicator system,so as to propose new ideas for establishing and improving the new performance appraisal indicator system,and put forward the implementation of the performance appraisal index system of the research department of NE Research Institute.The safeguard measures will play a role in further promoting the operation of the Institute’s performance appraisal indicator system.It is hoped that through the research on the performance appraisal indicator system of the research department of NE Research Institute,the performance appraisal work of the institute will be further improved,and the top-down recognition will be obtained,laying a foundation for the sound and rapid development of the NE Research Institute. |
