Research On Interior Design Of Micro-residence Based On Elastic Design Concept

With the growth of urban population,people's income level and housing price are out of balance,and the family structure and living pattern are constantly changing.Micro-residence emerges at the right moment,which not only adapts to the urban development,but also meets the market demand.The purpose of this study is to optimize the interior design of micro-residence.Starting from the interior elastic design and combining with excellent design cases at home and abroad,this study attempts to explore the design strategy of elastic design concept in the interior design of micro-residence,so as to provide some reference and thinking for the interior design of current and future micro-residences.Firstly,the market background of micro-residence is expounded,the research content and direction are clarified,and the research technical route is drawn.Followed by the theory and practice research,one is the related concepts of residential,micro-residencel research status at home and abroad,interpretation of the micro-residence development in Japan,extract the experience for reference,summing up the characteristics of contemporary micro-residence: efficiency,variability,refinement,the second is the elastic design related concepts,elastic design related concept development present situation,summed up the internal space of elastic design characteristics: flexibility,vagueness,openness,diversity and inclusiveness,limiting;Then there is field research--taking micro-residence users as the basic research object,through questionnaire survey and household survey,to understand the living status of micro-residence and the functional needs of users,analyze the research data,summarize the research conclusions,and lay a foundation for accurately solving the problems existing in the interior design of micro-residence space;Through to the domestic and foreign outstanding case study,the extract can be reference to the design of the principles: comfortable and livable principle,compact layout principle,flexible and changeable principle,from the space elasticity,elastic three dimensional elasticity,life time design thinking,finally put forward the flexible design concept in micro-residence space design strategy: improve the function of spatial configuration,implementation,composite,improve the receiving system,expand the visual effect,achieve the goal of optimization of micro-residencel interior space.There are 115 pictures,15 tables and 91 references in this paper.
