Research On Interior Design Of Miniature Houses

The rapid development of economy has accelerated the process of urbanization,and more and more people are converging in cities,which has brought a series of pressures to cities virtually.For ordinary workers living in cities,it is undoubtedly out of reach to buy a house with such a high housing price,The emergence of micro-homes has given working people struggling in cities more opportunities to own their own homes.It is a great challenge for interior design of micro housing to satisfy the aesthetics and comfort of spirit in limited space.This thesis takes micro-residential interior design as the main research object,and uses the research methods such as literature research method,comparative analysis method,interdisciplinary method,investigation research method and inductive deduction method to conduct research on the subject.First of all,reading a large number of domestic and foreign research literature,through the status quo of micro-residential development,the development process and the residential demand analysis of micro-residence,the characteristics of contemporary micro-residential development are derived,and some problems existing in micro-residential housing are summarized.The content and ideas of this paper.Secondly,combining the micro residential indoor living behavior,the scale of the analysis of the micro residential space design,from the physical dimensions,scale focuses on psychological scale and furniture,and puts forward the micro residential interior design principles,from space layout principles and indoor decorate a principle two aspects to carry on the analysis,the rationality of the spatial separation,variability,multi-directional contact three angles in this paper,the specific space layout principle,the principle of interior decoration design of miniature houses is analyzed from the perspective of material,color and light.The design strategy focuses on the interior design methods of micro-housing from three perspectives of multi-dimensional space,modularization and composite utilization of furniture.The micro-houses are designed and detailed from the entrance,kitchen,dining room,bathroom,bedroom,living room,etc.,and design practice for different groups of people,to solve the micro housing interior design problems.Finally,the paper summarizes the research content of this paper,which provides a new theoretical basis and a new design inspiration for the interior design of micro housing in the field of interior design research,so as to guide the interior design of micro housing.
