Application Of Eco-design In Residential Real Estate Tourism In Interior Design

Tourism real estate is a new form of the real estate market, which is worth to invest. Ecological design is an idealistic way to full use the room space, which shows people’s physical and psychological needs for their living space, which also shows the sense of responsibility and mission of designers. Therefore, ecological design plays an important role that is related to the value of design criteria and sustainable development projects in interior design.This paper mainly studies on the characteristics of interior design of tourism real estate and application of ecological design in tourism real estate. This paper has been divided into six parts:(1) Introduction mainly on tourism real estate generated background conditions, the current interior design problems and people gradually increased environmental awareness, which will lead to the introduction of eco-design in tourism real estate. (2)The main content of the literature review is to define the relevant concepts, and to conduct an overview of current research status. Introduce research purpose, meaning, content and methods of this article. (3)Residential interior design theory based on tourism eco-design analysis has mainly been traced back to the origins, characteristics and development of tourist residential real estate and eco-design, and an overview of the design principles and eco-design factors, which contains references to green, the choice of environmentally friendly materials interior sound design, lighting design, and design of the thermal environment. (4) Investigate eco-tourism real estate interior design user, to understand the real needs of the people for tourism real estate, and provide a theoretical basis for the later design through surveys. (5)Summed up the similarities of tourism real estate, tourism real estate and traditional real estate differences through a typical case of tourism real estate interior design of ecological analysis, and analysis empirical cases through Dujiangyan "water reflect Qingcheng" tourism real estate projects. (6)Finally, the example of eco-design in Ya’an, "the ink Shangli" project application, provides some references for the study of eco-design in the interior design of residential real estate in tourism.Through these studies, the main results of this study are as follows:(1)Eco-design of residential real estate tourism is an integral part of people’s lives and it’s a guarantee of healthy environment, comfort, resources conservation and people live in harmony with nature.(2)The difference between the traditional residential real estate and tourism is that: environmental characteristics having high requirements of tourism real estate on the natural environment, requiring special natural environment and location; having characteristics different from traditional residential project investment, tourism, health, etc.; Operating characteristics with leisure. their business model is different from traditional commercial residential business development model.(3) Ecological design in the design of tourism residential real estate:In the indoor style choice, Consumer preferences are close to the interior design style natural, leisure resorts like comfort, In the survey of Southeast Asian style and Mediterranean style topped; The first step in the design of indoor ecological environment is to optimize the interior space, The reasonable layout of the interior, to create a comfortable living environment; Considering the particularity of tourism and residential real estate, indoor layout also got rid of some business space, reducing the leisure space; In the interior design of tourism residential real estate in order to achieve energy saving and environmental protection, design should abandon the cumbersome design, reduce the waste of materials, Should follow the simple and practical principle, the processing design techniques, implementation of decoration materials saving, but also ensure the quality and the space of the room.(4)In the tourist residential interior space, vigorously the introduction of natural light, reasonable decorate space function, can fully enjoy the gift of nature. The advantages of reasonable use of artificial lighting, such as the combination of local lighting and mixed lighting, Realize the timeliness and freedom of natural light can’t do, According to the function of space layout, a reasonable use of the light.(5)Through the analysis of Sichuan region typical tourist residential real estate, summarizes the common characteristics of tourist residential real estate, and study the Dujiangyan City "water reflects Qingcheng" case projects. It was agreed that the choice of interior green building materials, green plants, and the control of room acoustic environment and the handling of ventilation is suitable for people on vacation and leisure requirements.Through the Ya’an City’s "the ink Shangli" project case being proved, concluded that eco-tourism residential real estate is feasibility and practicality of the design, and summed the precautions of eco interior design, looking forward to provide the future practice a theoretical basis and technical support.
