With the progress of the society and the development of the times,the housing space,as a necessity of people's life and work,is constantly updating and replacing.Although the economy is developing and the times are improving,for human beings,land resources are limited,and housing prices have been increasing proportions with economic growth.At this time,a new type of mini residential model has been developed to meet the social background of rapid development.This new WeChat residence model is mainly reflected in the small residential housing,such as affordable housing,low rent housing and so on.In today's society,the concept of micro ants,residential mortgage slave and a series of new residential space division definition,micro living space is actually a supplement to the current housing system of traditional residential space in the corresponding background.How to solve the housing problems of most people and improve the living environment of the people at present is the key point of this paper.It also plays an important role in the growing economic and social background.The whole article first introduces the concept of micro residential space to adapt to the development of the living space in the introduction part of the present social development.Then an overview of the domestic and foreign status of the design of the micro residential space is made,and the development and status of the micro residential space is illustrated.Then the research content of the whole article is to study the micro residential space to find the miniature living space which is in line with the national conditions of our country.Finally,it summarizes the significance and methods of the whole article,and lists the research framework of this topic.In the research content,first,starting from the social background of China's living space,the existing problems of living space are analyzed,and the changes of living space constantly appearing along with the progress of society are also analyzed.The micro residential space is put forward to meet the social and economic development and adapt to the changes of family structure and residential needs.In addition,the microresidential space is studied in depth from the technical background,which provides the support of modern technology for the optimization of the micro living space.Secondly,we summarize the typical cases at home and abroad,summarize the characteristics of the existing miniature residential space,and lay the foundation for the research of the miniature residential space.Again,a real survey of the youth apartments in Wuhan was carried out.By selecting the representative real estate of Wuhan and youth apartment,we can understand housing situation,family structure,housing evaluation,life style and so on.The living behavior,the limit of living psychology and the intention of living demand are used as the basis for the later design.Finally,from the 2D design,3D design and optimization of storage space optimization design of the three aspects,introduces some optimization design method,the author through their transformation of living space and an overview of the classic case,summed up the different housing needs in miniature residential space is extremely limited in the maximum to meet the living the main body,improve the utilization rate of residential space.
