| With the high speed development of the city today, the land resources of city center are increasingly scarce, the study and the construction of compact house are concerned by the local residents. Compact residence conducive to save land resources, alleviate the economic pressure of the buyers and is good for the country, people and business. As a special residential products, the point is how to implement the maximum functionality in the limited space,and realize win-win situation of quality and quantity of compact residential interior space design. Based on the analysis of space types and principles of the spatial design for the compact residential value-added compact interior space design strategy, in order to increase the compact residential product value of space, quality and economy. Proposing the value-added design strategy, this paper make the study of storage space, event furnitures and the combination of features, creating the efficient internal space model, improving the convenience and rationality of the space for users and saving the space and social resources, has a great effect of scope and market.The paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter introduces the background and object of the research; Second chapter mainly analyzes the keyword and concept of the paper, and make the summary of problems existed of compact housing design; Chapter Three combined with practical cases, making the detailed value-added design research. The fourth chapter followed the third chapter, taking the design concept into real design cases. The fifth chapter is a summary of compact residential interior design strategies and the use of value-added strategies, which proposing the value-added concept from indoor to outdoor even the whole environment.This article has some prospect research and practical significance, and I hope that the conclusion has some reference value for compact residence development and design for city center in the future. |
