The competition in today's social enterprises is increasingly fierce,and the development and integration of the global economy is further accelerating,the market environment is complex and changeable,making the talented staff become the core and key to enterprise competitiveness.More and more enterprises are focusing on building training management based on learning organizations to insuring and enhance innovation and improvements as time goes by.On the other hand,with the rapid development and in-depth application of various information technologies in the Internet era,information construction has gradually become the core force to guide and promote the sustainable development of an enterprise.Therefore,training management for IT employees is becoming increasingly important,and the establishment of a professional and superior IT team meeting the needs of development requirements of enterprises,hence leading to the necessity of enforcing the training management for IT employees of the enterprise.Taking Information Technology Center of Group C as an example,this paper tries to describe the current status of training management of IT employees,to make the questionnaire survey aiming to dig out existing problems and summarizes the reasons on theoretical basis of learning organization and training management,and proposes to establish an optimum proposal.The optimization plan for training management based on learning organization includes five aspects,respectively are the establishment of shared vision,setting goals of training management,normalization of process management of training,enrichment of training content and forms,and supporting measures,so that training management can improve its efficiency and value,and promote the development of the enterprise.At last,we implement the optimum proposal in ERP branch for several months and get some improvements,we summarize pilot project results,sum up experiences and lessons from the optimization and practice,finally we propose the deficiencies and follow-up research.
