As A leading new energy comprehensive service group in China,group A has become one of the top 500 private enterprises in China after 13 years of development,with more than 8,600 employees and more than 100 subsidiaries.With the development of the company,the company has more and more branches,more and more extensive distribution,more and more complex business lines,more and more difficult to manage the subordinate business units,and each business unit is unable to implement the group's strategy.In 1997,David ulrich proposed the three pillars of human resources to solve this problem.The core of the three pillars is the integration of business and human resources,with human resources partners providing strategic guidance and support to business units.Human resource partners are the bridge between business and human resources and play a key role.When group A constructed HRBP,it also had some problems.This paper combines theory with practice,on the basis of domestic and foreign research results on HRBP,and analyzes the HRBP satisfaction survey results of group A,and concludes four problems encountered in the process of promoting HRBP: unclear function and positioning of HRBP,lack of capacity,three-pillar division of labor and coordination,and trust crisis.By combining drawer management theory,adult learning theory,research and analysis on the team building theory,analysis the HRBP team post system,lack of talent team construction of system,the lack of ability to ascend system,lack of training system,lack of cross-organizational team building system such as management system,lead to the emergence of the above issues in the team.Generally speaking,there are problems in the organization and the people in the organization.The strategy is realized by the people in the organization,and the people in the organization are guaranteed by the organizational management system.Once problems occur in the organization and the people in the organization,it will affect the construction of the organization and further affect the achievement of the strategic goals of the organization.In order to solve the above problems,by combining the related theory to further improve the position of HRBP system,personnel system,training system construction,team construction system,which will be A group HRBP team to build A more integrated,more effective team,better play A role of bridge,completes the business unit or as A partner,to help business units to achieve strategic target to complete the group can contribute to the strategic goals.It is hoped that it can provide some reference for the study of HRBP,as well as the implementation and optimization of similar enterprises in the same industry,and provide some reference for other enterprises that also need to promote HRBP.
