Under the condition of market economy,Market value can easily and intuitively reflect the intrinsic value of the company.Is the management of the market value of Listed Companies in order to stabilize or enhance the overall market value,through corporate governance,strategy,business management and investor relations management,the company value creation,value management and value realization link,promote the company's share price rise in long-term channels,and strive to maximize the value of the company's behavior.After the reform of non tradable shares,the market value of management announced a number of listed companies,and its essence is to realize their own value through growth,capital structure optimization,incentive arrangement,investor relations management,capital operation and other means to promote the value of growth,maintain and enhance the market value.This article takes S company as the case enterprise,adopts two kinds of literature combing method and case analysis method to study the market value management of S company.First,the origin and meaning of value management and market value management are elaborated.Secondly,based on the actual situation of S company,around the three major aspects of market value management,value creation,value realization and value management have analyzed the management measures taken by S company in terms of market value management in recent years.This concludes the deficiency of S company in the management of market value,and finally gives suggestions for improvement.S company is a metal product manufacturing company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.Through the research on the market value management of the traditional manufacturing industry,more companies of the same type can find the problem of market value management,so as to find a market value management strategy suitable for their own development.This paper proposes that market value management is a systematic management system,and it must be comprehensively managed in terms of adhering to long-term strategic paths,efficient corporate governance,systematic market value management systems,and corporate value transmission.Efficient market value management is the use of capital operation methods such as business model innovation,equity incentive,investor relations management,mergers and acquisitions restructuring,fixed increase,hedging,etc.,in a situation where the company's market value is undervalued or underestimated,making the company's intrinsic value The market value is unified and coordinated,and the company value and shareholder value are maximized.
