Market value management was put forward under the background of split share structure reform and it has become the focus now.With the rapid development of domestic market value management theory and practice,more and more listed companies have realized that profit maximization is only a transitional indicator,and market value maximization is the ultimate goal.So it is becoming important.With the gradual improvement of Chinese capital market and supervision level,it also has been paid more and more attention,and more and more domestic man of learning have begun to show solicitude for the impact of information disclosure on market value management.This thesis takes market value management as the research object,selects G company as the case,and studies the problems and countermeasures of market value management from the perspective of information disclosure.Based on the research on market value management and information disclosure at home and abroad,this thesis expounds the logical relationship between market value management and information disclosure.By expounding the general situation,operation,competitor analysis and market value management of G company,this thesis concludes that "there are some problems in the market value management of G company".Especially in the past two years,company G is at the outlet of the new energy industry chain.Any information of the company will attract the attention of market investors and may cause great fluctuations in the market value.Therefore,information disclosure is particularly important to company G.This thesis designs the market value management strategy from the perspective of information disclosure based on the research of relevant theories and literature,trying to solve the problem that the market value of G company has been underestimated by the market for a long time to a certain extent.The last chapter demonstrates the feasibility of the market value management strategy designed in this thesis through the effectiveness(a significant increase in market value in 2021)and Practice(market value management,capital operation and information disclosure)of G company’s market value management in recent years.Based on relevant theoretical research,this thesis concludes that the strategy of market value management is that listed companies study fiscal and monetary policies at the macro level,formulate strategies which match themselves at the micro level,use market value management strategies to improve the company’s fundamental value,use the capital operation strategy to enhance the company’s capital valuation,reveal the company’s value and risks through the information disclosure strategy,in order to ultimately maximizes the company’s value.From the perspective of the relationship between industry and finance,market value management is not only to manage operating profit(fundamentals),but also to manage valuation levels(capital),in order to realize the enterprise value maximization and sustainable development.
