| Since the 20 th century,with the rapid development of every grade highway in China,preventive maintenance is on the agenda.Micro-surface maintenance technology is one of the effective measures highway preventive maintenance.Because of the simple construction technology,low cost,small pollution,can quickly recover and improve the original asphalt pavement wear,aging,smooth,loose and other diseases,and improve the asphalt pavement performance,disease prevention ability.Micro-surface maintenance technology is widely used in highway maintenance in China because of its fast open traffic,excellent anti-slip performance,repairable road rut,good anti-seepage effect,long service life and energy saving.This paper studies the application of BFCS-17-225.8-6-O and BFCS-15-175.8-6-W in the micro-surface.BFCS-17-225.8-6-O oil-friendly basalt fibers were dispersed into flocculent fibers to improve wear resistance,wheel rutting deformation resistance,water damage resistance and high temperature rutting resistance.When the content is 0.3% of the mineral mass,the wear resistance of the mixture is better than that of the non-dispersion oil-free bundle basalt fiber microsurface,and the anti-water damage effect is better.The anti-rut width deformation rate is reduced by 1%~2%,and the anti-high temperature rutting is better;BFCS-15-175.8-6-W hydrophilic basalt fiber shows a serious water damage trend in water damage test and it is recommended not to use in micro-surface.For this reason,according to the performance comparison of the mixture in the laboratory,the construction process is improved and the fiber ready-mixed process is added.In each completed section of the paving,the mixture is removed from the interior,and it is found that the fibers are dispersed into filaments,which is clearly visible,and the effect of fiber bundle opening and dispersing is better,which is to supplement the deficiency of basalt fiber construction technology at the micro surface. |
