At present in our country,in the period of rapid economic development of cars,trucks also more and more,the traffic is becoming more and more big,the use of asphalt pavement is easy to appear problem,this thesis intends to add fiber asphal mix ture formation of fiber asphalt concrete,and to improve the performance of asphalt concrete pavement,its main work is as follows:First,the physical and chemical properties of the fiber are tested,and the fiber content and blending ratio are determined,and the dynamic shear rheological test of asphalt mortar is carried out to verify the high temperature rutting resistance of the asphalt mortar.High temperature resistance,moisture absorption,oil absorption,and basket precipitation tests are carried out on the two types of brucite / basalt fiber to verify whether these two fibers are suitable for adding to the asphalt mixture,according to the basalt: brucite fiber mass ratio of 1: 4,Seven groups of 2: 3,3: 2,4: 1and only basalt fiber,only brucite fiber and no fiber are added to design the experiment.The total mass of the mixed fiber is blended according to the internationally used 0.3% In order to verify the effect of fiber on the anti-rutting factor of asphalt mortar,a dynamic shear rheological test is conducted to study the fiber asphalt mortar.Then,AC-13 aggregate and SBS I-D asphalt were used to study the road of fiber asphalt mixture.Through Marshall Test,the VMA,VFA and other relevant indexes of asphalt mixture were obtained,and the optimal asphalt ratio was calculated.The performance test of each group of fiber asphalt mixture was carried out,and the mix ratio of each group of fiber asphalt mixture under the same test was finally obtained.Finally,the efficacy coefficient method is used twice to obtain the group with the highest cost performance of the asphalt mixture after fiber addition.Using the efficiency coefficient method,the high temperature,low temperature,water stability and rutting resistance factors of fiber asphalt mixtures are used as evaluation indicators,and the seven groups,thus the group with the best performance under these indicators is obtained,The second time the total price of each group of fiber asphalt mixture as an evaluation index,and score each group of fiber asphalt mixture,and then calculate the first and second time each group of asphalt mixture scores,The total efficiency coefficient is obtained,and the group with the highest cost performance among the seven groups of asphalt mixture is obtained.The asphalt mixture mixed with Basalt / brucite fiber studied in this thesis a new choice for the application of asphalt pavement,and the research results can provide a reference for relevant engineering applications.
