Since entering the new century,Chinaundefineds auto industry has developed rapidly,the R & D capability of the domestic automobile enterprise is enhanced,the quality level is steadily improved,and the product category is constantly rich.In 2018,Chinaundefineds auto sales and sales reach 32015,000 and 2964.9 million,respectively,and the worldundefineds first in the last nine years,China has become the worldundefineds largest single-car market,and in order to expand sales,the whole factory is racing to push out all kinds of models to meet the market demand.In the case of automobile manufacturers,the model difference results in less common parts available among the projects,and an important work of the project development and procurement is to select the suppliers of the components for different projects,and with the deep development of the supply chain management,The role of upstream and downstream vendors in the overall supply chain management is becoming more and more important.However,from the current automobile production enterprises,many enterprises do not manage the suppliers from the point of view of the supply chain,which makes the actual effect of the supplier management poor.In this context,from the point of view of supply chain management,it is very important to manage the suppliers of automobile enterprises.This paper is based on this,based on the supplier management of Geely Company as the research object,from the point of view of supply chain management,the present situation of the companyundefineds supplier management is analyzed,and the problems existing in the companyundefineds management are found out.Then,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.As a whole,the conclusions of the study mainly include:First of all,this paper discusses the concept of supplier and supply chain management,and then expounds the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method in detail,and then introduces the theory needed in this paper from the aspects of supply chain coordination theory,channel cooperation theory and so on.Secondly,this paper takes Geely Company as the research object,makes a deep investigation on the present situation of the companyundefineds operation,supply chain management and supplier management,finds out the problems existing in the companyundefineds supplier management,and makes a deep analysis of the causes of these problems.Thirdly,in view of the problems existing in the supplier evaluation of Geely Company,this paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the suppliers of Geely Company through the establishment of evaluation model from five aspects: operational capacity,cost,quality,delivery capacity and technical ability.Fourth,in view of the problems existing in Geely automobile supplier management,on the basis of fully learning and drawing lessons from the advanced experience and practices at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the company,this paper points out that the supplier management of Geely Company is optimized from the supply chain management level and the supplier management level from the point of view of supply chain management.
