Research On Supplier Quality Management Of ZJ Automobile Manufacturers

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,the competition among automobile manufacturers is increasingly fierce.For automobile manufacturers,the quality of the whole vehicle product represents the reputation of the enterprise and determines whether it can stand out in the market competition,while the quality of the whole vehicle largely depends on the quality of the supplier’s parts.Therefore,the quality management of automobile manufacturers to their parts suppliers is particularly important.This paper takes ZJ automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example,studies and judges the problems in supplier quality management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,suggestions and guarantee measures to promote the research and practice of supplier quality management_Firstly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprises and the types of material supply,the common methods and tools of supplier quality management in automobile manufacturing enterprises and automobile manufacturing enterprises;secondly,it collects the relevant data of ZJ automobile manufacturing enterprises and combines the actual operation of enterprises,respectively,to determine the supplier quality management stage and development quality The current situation of the stage of quantity management and the stage of mass production quality management is evaluated,and the problems existing in the three stages of supplier quality management are studied and judged.Then according to the actual production and operation situation of the enterprise and the relevant theoretical basis,three suggestions are put forward for the supplier quality management of ZJ automobile production enterprise:(1)the quality of the agreed point of supply of each base is unified in the stage of supplier fixed-point quality management Measure standards and establish systematic supplier fixed-point quality management process;(2)use causal analysis method to eliminate dimensional deviation of parts and moulds,use FMEA analysis method to control and prevent actuator assembly quality problems,establish sample acceptance process in all stages of development quality management,and improve production part approval process;(3)discuss production quality in the supply In the quantity management stage,8D and 5WHY analysis methods are used to solve the problem of vehicle assembly stagnation and improve the field processing mechanism of problem parts,and the early quality control management of parts is implemented.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the supplier quality management optimization suggestions,the guarantee measures of establishing the group level supplier quality management center,realizing the comprehensive management of supplier quality,establishing the network quality information sharing platform and strengthening the enterprise supply chain quality management are put forward.
